My Walkiees will not confirm any bookings until a meet and greet has been carried out with the client and their dog(s) and the full pet information sheet has been completed.
Your dog/pet must be up to date with all injections such as vaccinations before any bookings are confirmed. This can be clarified on the pet information sheet.
My Walkiees will not be held responsible for any illnesses they may pick up on the walks but will do our upmost that your pet is healthy and in good care whilst in our care.
My Walkiees cannot be held liable for any injury, loss or death to your pet whilst in our care, but we ensure My Walkiees will care for your dog as our own and will make every effort to ensure your pets are well cared for in your absence.
In case of any cancellations, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is asked to be given or you will be charged full payment.
Pet sitting bookings will be asked to provide a deposit of 50% of the full payment beforehand.
Payments must be made weekly or monthly, by cash or bank transfer (unless agreed otherwise).
My Walkiees cannot be held liable to any damage to your property whilst picking up and dropping off your pet.
We ask to be fully honest how sociable/friendly your dog is to ensure they get the most out of their walk/time with us but to also protect their safety and that of other dogs/pets.
My Walkiees reserves the right to refuse or terminate the contract of any dog or owner who displays aggressive, destructive or unreasonable behaviour, where keys will be help until full payment is received.
The Client’s dog may be transported with other dogs in a My Walkiees vehicle. The Client agrees that My Walkiees cannot be held liable for death or injury to their dog in the event of a motor vehicle accident.
